Good morning,
Today April 30th is my 1st official day to changing my lifestyle. What do I mean by that? As you can see at the bottom of my blog I have a weight loss ticker. I am on my journey to lose 20lbs by this summer. I don't call it a "diet" instead it is a "lifestyle change".
This week I tried out a Zumba class and it was great!!!! Since I love to dance so much I figured why not exercise and dance while doing it. Everyone should try it just once and then you'll be hooked. I have also started walking outside in the morning. I'm on my way to a healthier and happier me.
My next step is posting some delicious creations that I will be trying out and letting you know how they turn out and give my reviews on it. Hopefully you all will try them out as well and give me your reviews on how they tasted.
Well, I have to pack my lunch and snacks and then off to work. Have a wonderful day!!
