Yummy yummy to your tummy!!!!

 I decided to bake some cupcakes and try different recipes and decorating ideas. I started with this simple decorated cupcake and will expand the weeks coming. So once again I'm asking all of you to let me know which style you like the best and I'm open to all friendly suggestions :)

This 1st picture shows you the cupcake being filled. I was so afraid they weren't going to be the right size but as you can see with the picture below.....

The outcome while they were baking looked pretty good.

I decorated them with white icing. Pretty plain huh? Of course I can't leave them plain like that so this is what I did next.

I had to make them Diva-licious!!!! I sprayed the frosting with pink food spray and then sprinkled them with hot pink sugar!!! I had so much fun making these cupcakes and learning how to frost. By the last 4 (which you see above) I got the hang of using the pastry bag.

You ask what did I do with all of these cupcakes? Well, my son Brandon plays on a Travel Basketball Team and they particpated in a tournament this weekend. I didn't want to have all those cupcakes at home so I gave them to the team after their game today. Even though they were decorated pink that didn't stop them from eating them up. It didn't bother them that they were pink as long as they were sweet that's all that concerned them.
